The spy actioner has completed 6 glorious weeks, scoring approx. 538 crores net in all versions. ## The Shah Rukh Khan-fronted blockbuster witnessed growth in the 6th week compared to the 5th week at the domestic box office. The Hindi version of the film minted 8.85 crores net which is the second biggest 6th week for a Hindi movie. ## Pathaan is witnessing a never before seen trend after shattering all the initial box office records for a Bollywood tentpole. In its 6th week, Pathaan has beaten blockbuster films like Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Tanhaji, and 3 Idiots, along with many others. ## Vicky Kaushal's URI: The Surgical Strike is the highest-scoring Hindi film in the 6th week with 11.57 crores net. The spy action thriller is the 5th highest-grossing Indian film of all time with a worldwide gross collection of over 1030 crores. ## Siddharth is now working on India's first aerial action thriller Fighter starring superstar Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. The filmmaker, who also makes his debut as a producer with the upcoming movie, is aiming to build content on par with Hollywood films under his production banner Marflix. ## During a recent interview with Variety, Siddharth said that his intent with "Fighter" is to make it one of its kind of Indian film, which we have seen from Hollywood tentpoles. "My aspiration with Marflix is to build it as a production house that produces content that is at par with Hollywood. Mumbai, March 9 - Director Luv Ranjan's maiden collaboration with Ranbir Kapoor, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has been released in theaters and doing well at the box office. ## Before TJMM, Ranjan had announced an action drama film featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Ajay Devgn in 2018 and even had a release date for Christmas 2020 but it was shelved due to some reasons. During a recent media interaction, Ranbir and Ranjan discussed the action drama and it was revealed that the movie got canceled due to date issues. ## While that film got shelved, the duo of Ranjan and Ranbir eventually collaborated for TJMM which the director offered the actor during the same time. Now, as the movie has come out in theaters and doing well, Ranjan revealed that he would love to revisit the action drama if both Ajay and Ranbir agree to do that. ## "That is one film I definitely want to make. But that film needs patience and time to start. We can't be like okay, in the next 6 months, we will make it. We announced that film in 2018 and it has been 5 years since that too", said Ranjan, as per Bollywoodbubble.## "Do I want to make this film after TJMM? Yes, I do. But I can't assume that Ajay sir and Ranbir too would want to be a part of it still. After TJMM releases, if I still feel that I want to revive this film, which till now I do, I would go to them. And if they say yes, I will definitely make it", he added.## Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor only has "Animal" for which around 25 days of shoot left as the movie is scheduled to release on August 11. While there is no official confirmation from the makers yet, Akshay's film with Mudassar is reportedly titled "Khel Khel Mein" and "Sky Force" is the title of Vijan's production. ## Akshay is at present on a tour to the US for his live concert titled "The Entertainers". Soon after, he will head to Europe to commence work on the international schedule of director Ali Abbas Zadar's highly-anticipated "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan", co-starring Tiger Shroff. He is expected to call a wrap on BMCM by mid-April this year.## Now, according to the latest reports, right after Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Akki will move on to Khel Khel Mein, which is an out-and-out comedy entertainer. The film will reportedly be shot completely in the UK over a period of one month in April and May. ## As has been the case with Akshay throughout his career, he won't be taking a break after Khel Khel Mein, instead, he will start Vijan's Sky Force in May itself. Mumbai, March 7 - Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor-fronted romantic-comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, which is releasing tomorrow (March 8), is seeing a good response in the pre-booking which was the case with the recent Bollywood movies this year. ## The Luv Ranjan's directorial has sold over 100K tickets for the opening day and there are still some hours left for the first show to begin. The advance booking of TJMM started only three days before the release on March 5 which is proving to be a good move. Though the pre-booking for the movie is not high flying but good enough for a decent to good start at the box office. ## The advance booking of TJMM is the second best for a Bollywood movie in 2023 after Shah Rukh Khan-fronted "Pathaan" which sold over 1 million tickets for the opening day in advance booking. The other notable release this year, Kartik Aaryan's "Shehzada" sold approx. 52K tickets and Akshay Kumar's "Selfiee" sold approx. 20K advance tickets for the opening day. ## "Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar" is produced by T-Series and Luv Films while Yash Raj Films is the overseas distribution partner. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar Opening Day Box Office Expectations

Mumbai, March 7 - Director Luv Ranjan's first film in 4 years, romantic-comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor is finally hitting theaters worldwide tomorrow (March 8), more than 3 years after it was first announced in 2019.## Ranjan's last directorial, "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety" was a blockbuster so the expectations are high from TJMM which carries bigger star power. Though a lot has changed over the last few years, TJMM is seeing a better response in the advance booking than the previous few Bollywood movies this year, also than the SKTKS. ## Produced by T-Series and Luv Films, TJMM has sold approx. 84K tickets worth approx. 2.50 crores as of 7 PM on March 7 for the opening day. The advances for the first day are expected to finish over 100K tickets, the second biggest for a Bollywood movie in 2023. ## Looking at the advance booking response, TJMM is looking to take a double-digit start as the opening day could be somewhere around 10-13 crores net, which is a much better start than Ranjan's SKTKS which opened at 6.42 crores net and went to score approx. 109 crores lifetime net collection. ## TJMM is releasing on Wednesday, coinciding with Holi weekend. The Morning shows might see a slow start on the opening day due to the festival but the rest of the day will behave like a holiday. Last year, Akshay Kumar's "Bachchhan Paandey" opened at 13.25 crores on Holi, and TJMM is expected to open in a similar range.
