Vicky Kaushal is playing the title role of the legendary war hero. ## On Thursday (December 1), producer Ronnie Screwvala of RSVP Movies confirmed the release date of this biographical war drama film, and it will be hitting worldwide theaters on 1st December 2023, which is exactly one year from today. ## The makers announced the release date of the movie with the first look glimpse. Mumbai, November 30 - Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor to be honored with Vanguard Actor Award at Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Film Festival. The festival has partnered with Variety for two new awards and one of them will be given to Ranbir. ## Ranbir Kapoor has emerged as one of the actors who has received critical as well as commercial success over a decade or so. Ranbir's work in Imtiaz Ali's "Rockstar" and Anurag Basu's "Barfi!" has been hailed as two of the finest performances ever in Bollywood cinema. ## The "Sanju" actor was last seen in Ayan Mukerji's "Brahmastra" which introduced him to new audiences outside India and earned him a big fan following, and with Parts Two and Three of "Brahmastra" already lined up, Kapoor looks to remain a fixture on international screens for years to come. ## "Any film, any good compelling story, made in your culture, in an authentic way, in a true form, will connect to a large audience", Kapoor told Variety. While the official announcement is yet to be made, the pre-production work was already started back then. ## Now, according to the latest reports, the makers have roped in Sara Ali Khan to play the female lead opposite Tiger. It is said that the makers wanted to bring a fresh pair for the movie and decided to pick Sara Ali Khan to do the job for them. It will be Sara's first time pairing with Tiger in a feature film. ## The yet-untitled movie is expected to go on floors in early December this year. It will be shot in India and Europe. It is said that the makers are not in the mood to reveal much about the plot details of the movie too early, hence, not in hurry to release the trailer anytime soon. ## According to Pinkvilla, the "Pathaan" promotion will kick-start with songs and two of them will be released in the month of December, and the report says that both songs are so incredible that they are potential chartbuster anthems of the year. Mumbai, November 28 - Ajay Devgn-fronted suspense thriller Drishyam 2 has breathed a new life into the ailing Bollywood film industry and emerged as a huge blockbuster. ## The Abhishek Pathak-directed movie has raced past the 200 crores gross at the worldwide box office in just 10 days, becoming only the 5th Bollywood movie of 2022 and 6th after the covid-19 pandemic to achieve the feat. The sequel is on track to finish over 300 crores in its lifetime run.## Produced by Panorama Studios, Viacom18, and T-Series, "Drishyam 2" is a remake of Mohanlal's Malayalam blockbuster of the same name and a sequel to Ajay's 2015 movie, which itself was a huge hit. The movie opened to super positive reviews from critics and audiences alike which led to the foundation of a strong first week of over 104 crores net.## "Drishyam 2" remained equally strong in its second weekend despite the arrival of "Bhediya". Prabhas, Kriti Sanon's Magnum Opus 'Adipurush' To Be Delayed To 2024?

Mumbai, November 26 - A lot has changed since the release of the teaser of Prabhas-fronted Adipurush and it looks like there is a lot yet to change. The teaser, which was launched in early October, got mixed to negative responses which forced the makers to take a step back and re-work the quality of the movie. ## It was recently revealed that the movie would not able to meet its original release date of January 12, 2023, and would be delayed, which the makers officially confirmed and announced June 16, 2023, release. However, as per the latest reports, "Adipurush" will be further delayed as the makers are re-working on the entire VFX shots. ## It is said that the budget of "Adipurush" will be increased by approx. 100 crores and the release might get delayed to Sankranthi 2024. It was supposed to be Prabhas' next release, but now, it seems his action thriller "Salaar" with director Prashanth Neel will be hitting theaters first. ## "Salaar", produced by Hombale Films, was announced for September 28, 2023, release and it is very much on track to meet the date without any issues. There is, however, not yet confirmed whether "Adipurush" would actually be delayed or not as there are no official words from people associated with this magnum opus. ## Prabhas, meanwhile, has his hands full of blockbuster titles. He has a film with director Maruthi which has already started production, and then will team up with Sandeep Vanga Reddy for "Spirit".
