The movie scored a fantastic 8.18 crores net and recorded the 7th biggest fifth week in Hindi of all time. ## The Anees Bazmee-directed is also ruling the Netflix viewership as it was the number 1 Indian movie on the streamer last week. The film has earned a blockbuster status for its extraordinary box office run so far, and its 5th collection despite its OTT release has proved why it is a bonafide blockbuster. ## Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani, BB2 has beaten the movies like "Badhaai Ho" (₹ 8 Cr), "Padmaavat" (₹ 7.54 Cr), "Baahubali" (₹ 6.09 Cr), and "Tiger Zinda Hai" (₹ 5.81 Cr) to claim the 7th spot in the 5th-week collection list in Hindi. ## The movie, also starring Kiara Advani and Tabu, has so far scored a whopping ₹ 184.32 crores net over 35 days. At the overseas box office, the movie has grossed approx. 49 crores net, pushing the worldwide cume to a marvelous ₹ 265.5 crores. It is already the highest-grossing film of Kartik Aaryan's career. ## BB2 is a standalone sequel to the classic hit "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" (2007) starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in the lead roles. It has been more than 22 years since "Hera Pheri" first was released but the memories of the iconic caper are still fresh in the hearts of the fans. ## A sequel of the movie, titled "Phir Hera Pheri" was released in 2006 and it successfully carried the legacy of the original movie. Such has been the magic created by the first two films that the there has been a huge demand for "Hera Pheri 3". The movie even came close to beginning the production but due to various issues, it couldn't take place. ## And now, after 15 years since the release of the second part, "Hera Pheri 3" is back on track and if all goes well, it may start production next year. Producer Firoz Nadiadwala, in a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, told that the movie will be announced soon with the original trio. ## "You'll get to see it very soon with the same star cast – Akshay Ji, Paresh Bhai, and Suniel Ji. The story is in place, and we are working on certain modalities. It'll be made in the same way, retaining the innocence of the characters. We can't take past achievements for granted. So, we have to be extra careful in terms of our content, story, screenplay, characters, mannerisms, etc.", the producer said. ## Nadiadwala further said that they are in talks with a prominent director and the announcement of the same will be made soon. Mumbai, June 21 - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be seen on the big screen for the first time since 2018 in the upcoming multilingual movie "Rocketry: The Nambi Effect". He has played the cameo role in this biographical drama film, headlined by R. Madhavan. ## Written and directed by R. Madhavan, the movie is based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), who was falsely accused of espionage. The story spans Narayanan's days as a graduate student at Princeton University, before exploring his work as a scientist and the false espionage charges placed upon him.## Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan and Suriya, who is also playing a cameo role in the film, didn't charge a single penny for their roles. R. Madhavan, while promoting the movie in New Delhi recently, confirmed the same. ## "I mentioned about 'Rocketry' to Shah Rukh Khan sahab when I worked with him in 'Zero'... he vividly remembered it that during one of his birthday parties he asked me about the film's status and expressed his desire to be a part of the film. I thought he was joking. Two days later my wife Sarita asked me to thank Khan saab for his kind words. I dropped a message to Khan Saab's manager asking her to convey my gratitude to him and I instantly got a text from the manager saying, 'khan sahab dates puch rhe hai shoot ki'.. and that's how he became a part of our film", he said. ## Madhavan further said that Suriya used to fly to Mumbai for the film's shoot on his own money. "The two (SRK and Suriya) did not charge a single penny for their work in the film. They did not charge anything for caravans, costumes, and assistants. In fact, Suriya flew out to shoot in Mumbai with his crew on his own money. He did not charge for the flights or for the dialogue writer who translated his lines in Tamil", he added. ## Madhavan will be seen playing the role of Nambi Narayanan in the film, which is slated to release on July 1. A sequel to Mohanlal's film was released digitally in 2021 and got excellent response all over. ## "Drishyam 2" begins 7 years after the events in the first film and tests Vijay's resolve to protect his family for whom he would cross any limits.
