He will now become an Air Force Officer for producer Dinesh Vijan. ## Recently, it was reported that Akshay has signed on a film based on the Indian Air Force, and now, the latest reports say that the movie will be produced by Dinesh Vijan under his production banner Maddock Films. The pre-production has already begun and the movie is expected to go floor early next year. ## "It's an aviation-based film, in the period times, revisiting and celebrating one of the biggest victories of the Indian Air Force", reports Pinkvilla. Mumbai, June 20 - Filmmaker Farhan Akhtar has reportedly begun work on what could be the most anticipated Indian film, Don 3, led by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Recently, the producer and co-founder of Excel Entertainment Ritesh Sidhwani shared a picture of Farhan on social media, saying he was writing a script. ## As soon as Sidhwani shared the picture, it went viral as fans thought he has begun working on Don 3 script. While it was just a rumor at that time, the latest reports say that he has indeed started to work on the next chapter of Don. Mumbai, June 20 - Kartik Aaryan-fronted Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is turning out to be one of the biggest post-pandemic Indian blockbusters at the box office. The horror-comedy flick is showing no sign of slowing out despite being in its 5th week. ## The Anees Bazmee-directed, also starring Kiara Advani and Tabu, scored an excellent Rs. 5.68 crores net in its 5th weekend, pushing total net collection to Rs. 181.82 crores. The weekend-to-weekend drop is just 29% which is phenomenal, post-pandemic where most of the Bollywood movies are not being able to survive for more than two weeks.## The excellent 5th-week collection of BB2 makes it the second biggest during the covid-19, behind only Yash-fronted monster blockbuster, KGF Chapter 2. It beat SS Rajamouli's blockbuster RRR (Rs. 3.32 Cr) and Vivek Agnihotri's all-time blockbuster, The Kashmir Files (Rs. 2.50 Cr). ## Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, at the end of its 5th weekend, has grossed over 262 crores worldwide, including approx. 49 crores at the overseas box office. The movie opened the door to producer Dinesh Vijan's horror-comedy universe which includes "Roohi" and the upcoming "Bhediya". And now, the prequel to "Stree" is reportedly in the development at the Maddock Films studio. ## Shraddha Kapoor has been shooting for Luv Ranjan's untitled romantic comedy with Ranbir Kapoor since January 2021. The movie is in the final leg of the shoot and will be wrapped up soon. According to Peepingmoon.com, Shraddha's next after Luv Ranjan's film will be the prequel to "Stree", which will go on floors in August this year. ## Dinesh Vijan is working on multiple horror comedies and plans to build a cinematic universe around them. After Stree, Roohi, and Bhediya, the team is now working to expand the universe. Vijan's next film in the MHCU tells the backstory of the girl who came to Stree and the complications she brought along. Mumbai, June 18 - The iconic television show, "Shaktimaan" was a huge hit when it was first aired in 1997. Mukesh Khanna played the titular superhero character and his alter ego Pandit Gangadhar Vidhyadhar Mayadhar Omkarnath Shastri, a photographer for the newspaper Aaj Ki Aawaz.## The legendary superhero character, which made the childhood of 90s kids awesome, will now be returning to the big screen in the form of the "Shaktimaan" trilogy. Sony Pictures, which is behind the Marvel superhero films like "Spider-Man", and "Venom", hold the rights to the film. ## In a recent conversation with Amar Ujala, Mukesh Khanna shared a few details about the movie and also hint who could play the titular role. The actor, and producer said that it will be made on a huge budget of Rs. 300 crores and will have full desi vibes. ## "This project has come to me after many years. People used to tell me to make Shaktimaan 2. I didn't want to bring Shaktimaan back on TV", Khanna said. "After internal talks, I joined hands with the Sony people and later made the news public. People want to know what’s happening next. Now, what should I tell them? This is a big film of at least Rs 300 crore. Can't tell you much about it till everything is finalized". ## "This movie is being made by the makers of Spider-Man. But, Shaktimaan will be desi. I have prepared the story of the film in my own way. My only condition to them was that they wouldn't change the story", he added. ## Mukhesh Khanna hints that he might turn Shakitmaan again as he feels that the Indian audience will not accept anyone else in this iconic role. "People ask who will become Shaktimaan? This is also a very big question in itself, which I will not answer, but it is also certain that without Mukesh Khanna, there will be no Shaktimaan. Because if someone else becomes Shaktimaan, then the whole country will not accept him", he added. ## Earlier this year, Sony Pictures made the official announcement of the movie and also gave the first look at Shakitmaan's new suit.
