Salman Khan To Produce And Star In A Jungle Adventure Film?

Mumbai, August 15, 2021: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently busy shooting for the Yash Raj Films' third installment of the Tiger franchise. The movie, which is yet to be announced officially, went on floors in March this year with Salman and Katrina, who reprise their roles as RAW and ISI agents respectively in the film. ## The film, being directed by Maneesh Sharma, has Emraan Hashmi on board to lock horns with Salman Khan as ISI agents. Hashmi's character is said to be smart, stylish, and far from any negative shade of character he has done previously and he gets into an ideological battle with Tiger. ## Apart from Tiger 3, Salman Khan is said to be producing and starring in a Jungle adventure film with a man vs nature concept, according to the film critic and trade analyst Sumit Kadel. The movie is said to be an ambitious project which is reportadly mounted on a mammoth budget of around Rs. 300 crores. Pawan Kalyan Unleased His Power Storm In The First Glimpse As Bheemla Nayak

Hyderabad, August 15, 2021: The much-awaited first glimpse of power star Pawan Kalyan as Bheemla Nayak from the upcoming Telugu movie being called as PSPK-Rana Movie, has been unveiled on the occasion of Independence Day. As expected, Pawan Kalyan's screen presence in the first glimpse is as powerful as his name. ## The first glimpse shows PSPK wearing a lungi and he is at his usual best in an action-packed role as Bheemla Nayak who takes on the goons and warns someone called Jani. We can also hear a dialogue exchange between Kalyan and Rana Daggubati in the last sequence, in which, Rana introduces himself as Daniel Shekar while Pawan Kalyan utters his name in style- Nayak… Bheemla Nayak, though their faces are not visible. ## At the end of the glimpse video, Pawan Kalyan while introducing himself as Bheemla Nayak, says that he doesn't need any caption, which also depicts his off-screen image. The glimpse is a treat for fans as Director Sagar K Chandra and Trivikram served complete mass meals, which perfectly suits Pawan Kalyan's mass image. ## Thaman S has again produced a thrilling experience with solid and rocking background music. Interestingly, all the working stills of the film saw Pawan Kalyan dressed in police khakis, unlike what we show in the glimpse video. The movie is the remake of Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum, which saw Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles. PSPK will be reprising Biju's role in the film while Rana reprises Prithviraj's. ## The movie also stars Nithya Menen as the female lead. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments has bankrolled that film while Trivikram has penned the dialogues. Los Angeles, August 15, 2021: Simu Liu, the leading star of Marvel's upcoming superhero film, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, has called out the CEO of Disney Bob Chapek for calling the theatrical release of the film an "experiment" amid the testing times of the covid-19 pandemic. ## During a Walt Disney Company earnings call this week, Disney CEO Bob Chapek called the current climate for releasing movies in theaters a challenge. In addition, he said that Shang-Chi would be "an interesting experiment for us because it's got only a 45-day window for us". A lot of people want to see Shang-Chi succeed because of what it will mean for the larger cinematic landscape. Aditi Rao Hydari To Feature Alongside Vijay Sethupathi In Zee Studios' Pan-India Silent Film 'Gandhi Talks'?

Mumbai, August 14, 2021: Earlier in January this year, Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi announced that he be starring in a silent feature film, Gandhi Talks. He teamed up with Marathi filmmaker Kishor Pandurang Belekar, who's known for directing award-winning theatre plays and films like Sa Sasucha (2010) and Yeda (2013). ## Now, the latest development is that Padmavat actress Aditi Rao Hydari has reportadly been cast to play the leading lady in this ambitious venture. The film is said to be a dark comedy with elements from Mahatma Gandhi's principles as the backdrop. It depicts the harsh realities of today's times and how Gandhi has become a prime witness of everything that he stood against. ## Gandhi Talks will be produced by Zee Studios in association with Movie Mill Entertainment. The film marks Sethupathi and Hydari's second collaboration after Mani Ratnam's critically acclaimed 2018 gangster drama, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, which also starred Silambarasan, Arvind Swami, Arun Vijay, Jyothika, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Aishwarya Rajesh, among others in prominant roles. ## The Oscar winner A.R. Rahman will be composing the background score for the film. It is a Pan-India film that will release in six languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, and Kannada. Gandhi Talks is the first multi-lingual silent feature film in 34 years. Kamal Haasan's career-defining 1987 black comedy, Pushpak, was the last noteworthy dialogue-free film to be released in various languages across India. ## It is reported that director Kishor Belekar has spent 19 years on the script of the film, which is finally set to take off. Los Angeles, August 14, 2021: Amid the criticism of its theatrical - Disney+ Premier model, Disney has been able to crack a deal with Oscar winner, Emma Stone to return to star in the sequel to crime comedy film "Cruella", based on the character Cruella de Vil from Dodie Smith's 1956 novel The Hundred and One Dalmatians. ## Due to the covid-19 pandemic, Disney opted for a two-way release on theaters and on Disney+ PVOD tier for some of its releases including "Cruella", which debuted on May 26 this year. The movie earned more than $222 million in worldwide ticket sales, making it a fruitful outing for Disney. Stone joins returning director Craig Gillespie and returning writer Tony McNamara in the sequel ## Earlier, Black Widow star Scarlett Johansson filed a lawsuit against Disney over its hybrid release model, alleging that it has breached her contract which reportadly promised an exclusive theatrical release of her films. After Johansson's lawsuit, there were speculations that Emma Stone might also take the same route over Cruella's release, however, that hasn't happened yet. ## Dwayne Johnson, however, supported Disney for its release model during the pandemic for his action-adventure film, Jungle Cruise, which debuted on July 30. The film has so far grossed $73.1M domestic, $201M+ worldwide, and $50M in estimated Disney+ Premier global PVOD monies, good for a current estimated global haul of $251M+. ## Meanwhile, Cruella 2 is still in the pre-production stage, and it's not certain yet whether the movie will be an outright theatrical release or like its predecessor released simultaneously in homes. Chennai, August 13, 2021: Tamil star Suriya has exciting films in the pipeline. The actor was recently returned to the big screen with Edhurkkum Thunindhavan which became a box office success. He has already started preparation for Vaadi Vasal with director Vetrimaaran. ## Now, the "Soorarai Pottru" actor has announced that he would be reuniting with director Bala for the 4th time. Suriya and Bala are one of the most powerful actor-director duos in Kollywood. The duo later collaborated for 'Pithamagan' and then he appeared for a cameo role in Bala's 'Avan Ivan' starring Vishal and Arya in lead roles. ## GV Prakash will be composing the music for the film, which has Krithi Shetty playing the female lead. Hrithik Roshan & Deepika Padukone Starrer 'Fighter' With Director Siddharth Anand Sets Republic Day 2023 Release

Mumbai, August 13, 2021: Earlier this year, the director Siddharth Anand announced his collaboration with actors Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. The film, titled "Fighter", is to be India's first-ever aerial action-thriller franchise, for which, Anand joined hands with Viacom18 Studios to produce the movie. ## Initially, the movie was announced with the release date, which was September 30, 2022. However, due to the second covid-19 wave, the movie couldn't go on floors. Now the makers are planning to take the movie on floors in early next year, and keeping that in mind, Fighter has been slated to release on Republic Day (26 January) 2023 in theaters worldwide. ## Fighter marks Siddharth Anand's maiden production under his banner MARFLIX. It will jointly produce by Mamta Anand, Ajit Andhare, Ramon Chibb, and Anku Pande under the banners of MARFLIX and Viacom18 Studios. The movie will be made on budget of around Rs. 250 crores. The film tells the love story of king Dushyantha and Shakuntala, daughter of sage Vishwamitra and apsara Menaka. The plot is reportedly based upon a love affair, a secret marriage, separation of imprecation, and the reunion of the immortal love of Dushyanta and Shakuntala. ## The film features Samantha Akkineni in the titular role of Shakuntala and Dev Mohan as Dushyanta along with Aditi Balan, Mohan Babu, and Gautami in supporting roles.
