Thanos May Return In The Future Marvel Cinematic Universe Films, Hints Its Creator Hollywood

Thanos May Return In The Future Marvel Cinematic Universe Films, Hints Its Creator

Los Angeles, September 13 - Thanos is arguably the most loved Marvel villain, who made his first presence in the MCU during the post-credits sequence to "The Avengers" in 2012. Later, the mad Titan appeared in "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and "Guardians of the Galaxy". ## After the brief appearances in the aforementioned films, Thanos was finally made in "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame" as the primary villain in both movies, effectively making him the "big bad" of Marvel Studios' Infinity Saga. However, Thanos and his forces wiped out after Tony Stark aka Iron Man famously gave his life to save the universe. ## However, Jim Starlin, who created Thanos in the '70s and is known for his work with both Marvel and DC, believes that the famous Marvel villain may return in future MUC films. He spoke to Inverse about Marvel Studios' use of Thanos in their movies. ## Starlin said that Marvel is yet to be done with Thanos and shared his confidence that fans will see him again on-screen. "Well, I think he probably hits a nerve. He raises questions that a number of us have thought about. He's also just a badass character. I don't think anybody thinks we've seen the last of him. Disney made a shitload of money off of him and there's probably a shitload of money still to be made. So my fingers are crossed". ## Since Marvel is exploring the multiverse concept, the writer and artist discussed how it could pave the way for the possibility of bringing back Thanos. "I've heard Marvel may want to use some other characters I've done. I think they're running out. Now that they've got this multiverse, there's the possibility of bringing back Thanos. And with Thanos, that opens up possibilities for other characters. There are a few that they haven't used, like the Blood Brothers". ## It will be interesting to see if Marvel is really looking to reintroduce Thanos in the MCU, especially knowing the fact that Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror is already being set up as the next major crossover villain who will be making many appearances in various Marvel projects over the next few years.## Stay tuned...

Top 10 Highest-Grossing Hollywood Movies At The Indian Box Office

Mumbai, August 6 - The Indian audience has long embraced Hollywood films, but the last few years have seen a significant surge in their box office dominance. Ever since the release of Avengers: Infinity War in 2018, Hollywood blockbusters have not only challenged but often outperformed major Indian films at the domestic box office. ## The turning point, however, came much earlier with Jurassic World (2015), which became the first Hollywood title to cross the 100 crore net mark in India — a milestone few expected a non-Indian film to achieve at the time. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, only seven Hollywood films had managed to breach the 100 crore net barrier in India. ## However, the post-pandemic era has rewritten the rulebook. With cinema habits evolving and audiences increasingly drawn to global content, ten more Hollywood films have joined the 100 crore club in India after theatres reopened. In total, 17 Hollywood films have now achieved this memorable feat of 100 cores net — a testament to their growing influence over cinema loving Indian audinece. ## Top 10 Hollywood Grosser At The Indian Box OfficeNo.FilmYearTotal India Net Collection1.Avatar: The Way of Water2022₹ 391.40 Cr2.Avengers: Endgame2019₹ 373.05 Cr3.Avengers: Infinity War2018₹ 227.30 Cr4.Spider-Man - No Way Home2021₹ 219.00 Cr5.The Jungle Book2016₹ 188.00 Cr6.The Lion Kind2019₹ 159.10 Cr7.Mufasa: The Lion Kind2024₹ 137.85 Cr8.Deadpool & Wolverine2024₹ 136.15 Cr9.Oppenheimer2019₹ 131.75 Cr10.Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness2022₹ 131.15 Cr## Other Hollywood Films In 100 Crore Net Club In IndiaNo.FilmYearTotal India Net Collection11.Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire2024₹ 112.50 Cr12.Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning2023₹ 110.30 Cr13.Fast X2023₹ 109.80 Cr14.Fast & Furious 72015₹ 108.00 Cr15.Thor: Love And Thunder2022₹ 104.75 Cr16.Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning2025₹ 103.90 Cr17.Jurassic World2015₹ 101.00 Cr ## Note: Data as of July 22, 2025## Stay tuned...
