After Blockbuster Response To 'Pokiri', 'Jalsa', And 'Chennakesava Reddy', Telugu Movie 'Aadi' To Re-Release In Cinemas

Hyderabad, September 29 - Some of the all-time blockbuster Telugu movies have been re-released in theaters over the last few months for special purposes and those films got phenomenal responses from the Telugu audience in India and overseas. ## Now, as per the latest reports, plans are being made to re-release Jr. NTR action drama Aadi in cinemas on the occasion of the actor's 22 years in the Telugu film industry. The movie also stars Keerthi Chawla as the female lead.## Directed by V. V. Vinayak, "Aadi" became a huge commercial success upon its release in 2002. The movie grossed approx. 19 crores share and was the second highest-grossing Telugu movie of 2002 after Chiranjeevi's all-time blockbuster "Indra". "Aadi" was one of the few Telugu films to run over 100 days in cinemas.## It is said that the makers are planning a huge and the biggest possible re-release of the movie during the third week of November 2022 in India and overseas. It was produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. ## Meanwhile, apart from "Aadi", Chiranjeevi's "Indra", Pawan Kalyan's "Kushi", and Prabhas' "Billa" will also be re-released in theaters soon. After 'Jalsa', Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's Classic Blockbuster 'Kushi' To Re-Release In Theaters

Hyderabad, September 24 - A new year treat is awaiting the fans of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan as his classic blockbuster Kushi is gearing up for the re-release in theaters. The actor's "Jasla" special re-release has had great success at the box office recently and the same is expected for "Kushi". ## Directed by S. J. Suryah, "Kushi" will reportedly be re-releasing on the evening of the new year 2023 in India and overseas on a record number of screens. It is said that Phars Films is planning to release the film overseas in as many countries as possible on December 31st, 2022.## It is also reported that some promotional content for Pawan Kalyan's upcoming period action drama film "Hari Hara Veera Mallu" will be added to "Kushi" as both films are produced by AM Ratnam. "Kushi" is one of the most iconic movies in Pawan Kalyan's filmography and its re-release will surely be received in a grander way than Jalsa.## "Kushi", originally released in 2001, is a remake of Suryah's Tamil-language film of the same name. Apart from Pawan Kalyan, the movie also stars Bhumika Chawla as the female lead along with Sivaji, Rajan P. Box Office: Pawan Kalyan's 'Jalsa' Re-Release Worldwide Collection

Hyderabad, September 3 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan's all-time blockbuster Jalsa returned to the big screen to celebrate his birthday. The special shows of Trivikram Srinivas-directed action comedy were arranged across Telugu states and international locations on September 1 and 2.## "Jalsa" was re-released on over 500 shows worldwide, which is an all-time record for an Indian movie as far as the special shows are concerned. The movie also did exceptionally well at the box office and brought in higher numbers than most of the new releases opening day numbers. ## The movie collected approx. 2.60 crores gross in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, including approx. 1.26 crores from the Nizam area while the rest of India's collection of the movie is around 20 lakhs. These are all-time record collections for an Indian movie's re-release for one-day. Overseas, "Jalsa" scored approx. 30 lakh ($37600) from the USA box office from 26 locations while from 5 locations in Australia, it collected approx. 6 lakh (A$10960). ## The total worldwide collection of the film is around 3.20 crores gross, and the entire collection will be used for charity.
