Mumbai, July 16 - Director Nitesh Tiwari has a massive task in his hands to deliver in the form of directing the Hindu epic Ramayana. The task is such a huge that it requires a lot of time in pre-production as the makers are very well aware that there is no scope for them to missteps regarding this magnum opus feature film. ## There have been many reports regarding the casting of "Ramayana", however, nothing has been officially confirmed yet. Going by the previous reports, Ranbir Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan have been attached to play the roles of Lord Rama and Ravana, respectively, and latest the latest development is that they are still the first choices to play these two iconic roles despite the movie getting delayed. ## Madhu Mantena, who will produce this movie with Namit Malhotra, and Allu Arvind (as of now), previously said that they are planning to take the movie on floors by the end of 2023, and according to the latest reports, the movie is very much on track to start rolling out as scheduled.## One would believe that the makers had/have enough time to re-look at the script and their arrangements to take the movie on floors by 2023. Nitesh Tiwari is currently directing Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor's "Bawaal", and his next project will be "Ramayana". Mumbai, July 16 - Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's Shehzada, which was announced for November 4, 2022, release, has been postponed to 2023 to avoid a clash with two other films. The Rohit Dhawan directorial is the remake of Allu Arjun-fronted Telugu film "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" (2020). ## The action drama film recently completed its shoot and was all set to hit screens worldwide later this year. However, the producers have now decided to release the film during the Valentine's Day weekend, on 10 February 2023. ## The postponement of "Shehzada" was already hinted at when producer Bhushan Kumar announced the "Kuttey" release date, which is on November 4. Mumbai, July 15 - Producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment has announced a new release date of the horror comedy film Phone Bhoot, starring Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Ishaan Khatter. ## The Gurmmeet Singh-directed movie, which was earlier announced for October 7, 2022, release, will now be hitting worldwide theaters on November 4 in the same year. It will be clashing with Arjun Kapoor and Tabu's Kuttey at the box office. The reason behind pushing the release date of "Phone Bhoot" is unknown. ## Excel Entertainment took to Twitter and announced the new release date with a new poster.
