Ram Pothineni's 'Double iSmart' Worldwide Theatrical Business Details
Hyderabad, August 14 - Telugu star Ram Pothineni's much-awaited sci-fi action drama film Double iSmart is finally hitting the big screen on August 15 and the movie is looking to make big at the box office during the long holiday weekend due to Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan.## Directed by Puri Jagannadh and also starring Sanjay Dutt and Kavya Thapar, Double iSmart has managed to fetch record theatrical business for Ram Pothineni-starrer. According to T2BLive, the sequel's worldwide theatrical business has been valued at 48 crores and it will need to score around 80 crores gross to emerge as a box office hit.## In Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana), the theatrical rights of Double iSmart have been locked at 39 crores, including 15.50 crores for the Nizam area, 6 crores for Ceeded and 17.50 crores for Andhra regions. Outside Telugu states, the film's business is 6 crore while overseas business is 3 crore. ## Double iSmart is the sequel to iSmart Shankar which was a big box office blockbuster.
