Mumbai, May 18 - Bollywood stars Sidharth Malhotra and Kriti Sanon are reportedly in talks to headline a romantic film for Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films. If this happens, it will be the first time when the duo will star together in a film. ## According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Sidharth Malhotra was recently spotted in the Maddock office sparking rumours of an upcoming film with Kriti Sanon. However, nothing has been confirmed yet regarding this collaboration. ## Sidharth was last seen in the action thriller Yodha while Kriti was featured in the romantic comedy Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Mumbai, May 13 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn's supernatural thriller Shaitaan has almost done with its theatrical run but not before emerging as a big box office success in India and worldwide. The movie has now been made available to stream online, after 8 weeks of theatrical run. ## Directed by Vikas Bahl, Shaitaan minted approximately 50 lakh in its 9th week (the first week after the OTT release) and it dropped further in the 10th weekend for just around 8 lakh net collection. Mumbai, May 8 - It has been a struggling ride for Bollywood star Ajay Devgn's sports biopic Maidaan at the box office. Despite the advantage of the Eid holidays, the movie opened to a poor collection and never bounced back despite the open run. ## Directed by Amit Sharma, Maidaan has topped the 50 crore net mark on its 29th day which is no longer a milestone. Ideally, the current total of Maidaan should have been its opening weekend collection given the Eid holidays but that is a gone case. ## Eid has always been a lucrative festival for Bollywood regarding the box office as Salman Khan films have historically done well on this particular festival, however, 2024 proved different as both big releases, Maidaan and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan bombed without even putting up a fight. ## With the bombing of Maidaan and BMCM along with other films also not doing well, the month of April has been a nightmare for theatres with not much return. Makers Launch Motion Posters of Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor's 'Mr and Mrs Mahi'

Mumbai, May 8 - Karan Johar's Dharma Productions launched the motion posters for the upcoming romantic sports drama film Mr and Mrs Mahi, starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor in the title roles. The film is directed by Sharan Sharma. ## Mr and Mrs Mahi revolves around the imperfectly perfect partnership between the cricket-loving couple. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions in association with Zee Studios.## This is director Sharan Sharma's second film with Janhvi Kapoor after his debut with Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. It is also Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi's second film together after the horror-comedy Roohi. Mr and Mrs Mahi is scheduled to be released on May 31st after getting postponed from April 2024. Netflix Top 10: Laapataa Ladies Scores Big Gain In The Second Week; Shaitaan Debuts In Top 5

Mumbai, May 8 - Aamir Khan's production venture Laapata Ladies is getting much deserving attention after its digital release on Netflix. As word of mouth is spreading, the movie not only scoring high viewership on Netflix but also seeing an upward trend at the box office. ## In its second week (April 29 - May 5), Laapata Ladies was the third most-viewed non-English film on Netflix worldwide with 11.6 million viewing hours from 5.6 million views, jumping by around 160% from the opening weekend. The collection of the 10th week has already crossed the 9th week's total in just 5 days which is a positive sign. Mumbai, May 6 - Actor Abhishek Bachchan has been confirmed on board Housefull 5, co-starring Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh in the leading roles. The film marks the reunion of the trio after Housefull 3 (2016), directed by Sajid-Farhad. ## Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the fifth instalment of the blockbuster comedy franchise from producer Sajid Nadiadwala is one of the most anticipated films in the making. Box Office: Madgaon Express Does Well In 7th Weekend

Mumbai, May 6 - Kunal Khemu's directorial debut Madgaon Express still has something left in it to bring laughter at the box office as the comedy entertainer is kind of having a rebound at the low level domestically.## Produced by Excel Entertainment, Madgaon Express, which once looked like would finish under 25 crores net, is now looking at 35+ crores and might get close to the 40 crores mark. In its 7th weekend, the movie minted approximately 1.30 crores net which is more or less similar to Akshay Kumar's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan's 4th weekend collection. ## The movie didn't show any drop from the 6th weekend as the total collection of Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, and Avinash Tiwary-starrer entertainer is approximately 33.80 crores net (40.25 crores gross) in 45 days.
