The production house claims it invested a staggering 218 crore for theatrical and non-theatrical rights, co-presenter credits, and guaranteed returns. ## According to reports, Ivy Entertainment alleged that PMF failed to fulfil several critical commitments, including completing and releasing the film within the agreed timeline, monthly production updates, disclosing how funds were being utilised, delivering agreed materials, and postponing the theatrical release without justification. ## The company has reportedly demanded either a full refund of 218 crores with 18% annual interest or control of the project to complete and release the film themselves to safeguard its substantial investment.
