'Kanguva' New Release Date Announced

Chennai, September 19 - Tamil star Suriya's much-anticipated fantasy action drama Kanguva is set to hit the big screens in the mid-November 2024 after the makers officially postponed it from October 10 release to avert a clash with superstar Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan. ## Directed by Siva, Kanguva will be released on November 14 in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. Unlike the earlier scenario, the movie is most likely to have a solo release in Hindi after Ajay Devgn's Singham Again was re-confirmed for Diwali launch. ## The new release date of Kanguva was announced on Thursday, November 19 with a new poster which features Suriya and Bobby Deol facing each other. It marks Bobby's debut Tamil film along with Disha Patani. No Solo Release For Suriya's Pan India Movie 'Kanguva'?

Chennai, September 18 - Tamil star Suriya's much-awaited Pan India movie Kanguva has been delayed to avert a clash with superstar Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan. Directed by Siva, the film was supposed to be released on October 10 in multiple languages. ## A new release date of Kanguva is yet to be announced but reports say it is eyeing to release in November, either on Diwali or two weeks later. Chennai, September 17 - Thalapathy Vijay's action thriller The Greatest of All Time has topped 400 crores gross collection at the worldwide box office, becoming the first Tamil movie of 2024 and the 6th overall to achieve the feat. ## Directed by Venkat Prabhu, The GOAT surpassed the box office milestone on its 12th day after scoring another approximately 10 crores gross on its 2nd Monday which took its total worldwide cume to around 407 crores. It is the second highest-grossing film of Vijay after Leo (606 crores gross).## The GOAT has grossed approximately 258 crores at the domestic box office, including approx. 185 crores gross collection in Tamil Nadu. Chennai, September 16 - Tamil star Ajith Kumar has two films in the pipeline in the form of action thriller Vidaamuyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni and an action comedy Good Bad Ugly with director Adhik Ravichandran. ## As already announced, Good Bad Ugly is eyeing the Pongal 2025 release, however, there might be some changes regarding the same. Chennai, September 14 - Thalapathy Vijay, arguably the biggest Tamil star, has officially announced his 69th film which is said to be his final movie before his political entry under his party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam.## Tentatively titled Thalapathy 69, the film will be directed by H. Chennai, September 13 - Thalapathy Vijay's action thriller The Greatest of All Time had an excellent extended first week at the worldwide box office with approximately 340 crores gross collection. This includes 209 crores in India and 131 crores overseas. ## The GOAT performed opposite in the home state, Tamil Nadu and other domestic areas. Chennai, September 5 - One of the biggest films of the year, Thalapathy Vijay's action thriller The Greatest of All Time was released on the big screens on September 5 amid huge anticipation. The movie received mixed to positive reception from the audience, but it didn't stop the movie from taking a huge opening at the box office. ## Thalapathy Vijay has proved in the past that his movies are critic-proof and have scored a big collection at the box office. The GOAT, as far as the opening is concerned, is proving critics' reviews as a secondary thing once again. ## According to the early estimates, The GOAT is expected to score 28-30 crores in gross collection in the home state, Tamil Nadu. The TN collection might vary depending on offline ticket sales in smaller centres which is a massive aspect of South Indian movies. ## Outside Tamil Nadu, the action thriller is looking to score in the range of 9 crores gross collection in Karnataka, and 6+ crores gross in Kerala. 'Kanguva' Scores Record Post-Theatrical Streaming Deal For Suriya

Chennai, September 3 - One of the most-anticipated Pan Indian movies Kanguva has scored the record post-theatrical streaming deal for actor Suriya. The movie is directed by Siva and also stars Bobby Deol and Disha Patani in prominent roles. ## According to Forum Reelz, Amazon Prime Video has acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights of Kanguva for all languages.
