RC16: Ram Charan's Next With Buchi Babu Sana Titled 'Peddi'

Hyderabad, March 27 - After the box office debacle performance of Game Changer, Telugu superstar Ram Charan has teamed up with director Buchi Babu Sana for his next film, which has been titled Peddi. The movie has Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. ## Mythri Movie Makers produces Peddi in association with Sukumar Writings and Vriddhi Cinemas. In the first look title poster, Ram Charan sports a rustic look. The movie is said to be a rural sports action drama which marks the duo of RC and Sana's maiden collaboration. ## Peddi is touted to be a big comeback film for Ram Charan, whose last film, Game Changer, was bombed at the box office. The upcoming film also stars Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar in a prominent role. Allu Arjun Gets A Record Pay Cheque For His Next With Director Atlee; Shooting Details Also Revealed

Hyderabad, March 22 - After the historic success of Pushpa 2 - The Rule, superstar Allu Arjun is gearing up to start his next film which is with Jawan director Atlee. The movie has been news for the last few months for many reasons and things are finally on track. ## Contrary to the rumours, Sun Pictures will be bankrolling the maiden collaboration of Allu Arjun and Atlee, and the studio will be investing a huge money in the same. As the movie is proceeding with the pre-production work, some blockbuster details have emerged regarding the remuneration and shooting. ## According to the report by Pinkvilla, Allu Arjun is set to become the highest-paid actor with this upcoming mega-budget Parallel Universe film. It is said that the Pan India superstar has locked a deal worth Rs 175 crore with the producer along with a backend deal of a 15 per cent stake in profits. ## "It's the biggest front-end deal signed by an actor in the modern era, and Allu has allotted bulk dates to Atlee and Sun Pictures from August 2025. Box Office: 'Salaar - Ceasefire' Re-Release First Day Collection

Mumbai, March 22 - Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted action drama Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire was re-released on March 21 and it did fantastic business at the domestic box office. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film was originally released in December 2023. ## Salaar: Ceasfire re-released without any special occasion, an unusual Telugu thing. On its first day, the film grossed approximately 3 crore in India, which is the biggest re-release opener for a Prabhas-starrer. It wasn't released in North India, otherwise, the opening could have been higher. ## The advance booking gross of Salaar: Ceasefire was one of the highest for an Indian title which led the foundation of a very good opening. The movie was expected to score ever higher opening but lack of release in North probably reduced its potential, though the numbers are still fantastic and easily the biggest opening for a re-release title in India in 2025. ## During its original run, the action blockbuster scored approximately 618 crores at the worldwide box office, including 488 crores in India. 'Salaar: Ceasefire' Re-Release Pre-Sales Cross 1+ Crore For The Opening Day

Hyderabad, March 18 - Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire is set for a big start upon its re-release on March 21. The movie was originally released in December 2023 and grossed over 600 crores at the worldwide box office. ## The advance booking for the re-release of the movie was opened on March 13 and it is seeing easily the best response for any re-release title in India. In the 5 days so far, the movie has sold 55K+ tickets on Book My Show for all days. For the opening day alone, it has sold tickets worth 1+ crore which is fantastic. ## The response in the pre-sales has been excellent so far and with 3 days left for the re-release, Salaar is expected to emerge as the biggest re-release opener at the Indian box office. ## Salaar: Ceasefire though was a box office hit, it performed underwhelming given the high expectations in its original run. 'Pushpa 3 - The Rampage' To Release In 2028

Hyderabad, March 16 - The third instalment of superstar Allu Arjun's Pushpa will be hitting cinemas worldwide in 2028, the makers confirmed on Sunday. The second part, Pushpa 2 - The Rule, which was released in December last year, emerged as one of the biggest Indian blockbusters at the worldwide box office with a gross collection of nearly 1750 crores. ## During the media interaction, producer Ravi Shankar confirmed that the third instalment, which is titled Pushpa 3 - The Rampage, will come out sometime in 2028. The filmmaker also revealed that Allu Arjun will next be doing director Atlee, followed by Trivikram's film and both will be completed in the next 2 years. ## Meanwhile, Pushpa director Sukumar will be directing superstar Ram Charan in his next before starting work on Pushpa 3, as confirmed by producer Ravi Shankar. Mumbai, March 14 - Legendary Amitabh Bachchan impressed one and all with his performance in director Nag Ashwin's epic Kalki 2898 AD which was released last year. The Bollywood veteran played the role of an immortal warrior Ashwatthama and his character will have a bigger impact in Kalki 2. ## There have been many reports regarding the shooting timeline of the Kalki 2898 AD sequel and according to the latest report by Mid-Day, Big B is set to start filming for the movie in May this year.
