Varun Dhawan Confirms His Next Theatrical Film; Release Date Locked
Mumbai, July 2 - Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is gearing up for the release of the comedy-drama film "Bawaal" which will be directly released on Amazon Prime Video later this month. The direct OTT release of the film disappointed the actor's fans who wanted it to release in theaters as was originally planned. ## Nonetheless, Varun has locked his next theatrical film that is with Tamil filmmaker Atlee. The yet-untitled movie will be directed by a Tamil director Kalees while Murad Khetani of Cine1 Studios and Priya Atlee of A For Apple Studios will produce it. Atlee will present the action drama film. ## It is the 18th film of the actor and the first with Atlee. As per the recent reports, the movie is said to be the adaptation of Atlee's Tamil blockbuster "Kathi" starring Thalapathy Vijay. Going forward, the actor will be seen headlining Amazon Prime Video's "Citadel", co-starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. It will premiere later this year. ## Stay tuned...
