Box Office: 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' Scores A Big Jump On Its Second Saturday
Mumbai, July 9 - Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's musical romantic drama film "Satyaprem Ki Katha" is heading for a healthy lifetime collection at the domestic box office. Despite being not a mass-friendly film, it has done well in the first week to enter the second weekend with a bang. ## After dropping just 5% on its second Friday for 2.85 crores net, the Sameer Vidhwans-directed flick scored a big jump of 66.67% on its second Saturday to collect 4.75 crores net. This takes the total net collection to 60.81 crores in 10 days. It is expected to score a further jump today and is likely to bring in 5.50 crores for the second-weekend collection of around 13 crores. ## SPK also has done decently at the overseas box office to score approx. 13 crores net (estimated). The worldwide collection of the movie currently stands at around 85 crores gross and it will soon enter the 100-crore gross club globally. ## The Sajid Nadiadwala production has been able to attract its target multiplex audiences, especially the youth which is loving this romantic saga. The good thing about the movie is that there is no big Bollywood movie till July 28 which should help it to continue with decent numbers and will look to cross 80 crores net lifetime collection.## Stay tuned...
