Box Office: 'Tumbbad' Re-Release 17 Days Collection
Mumbai, September 29 - The second inning of folk horror comedy Tumbbad continues to get longer at the box office despite the competition. The movie has a good third-weekend collection which takes its total to around 50 crores gross (including the original run). ## Tumbbad re-released had an increased competition this weekend in the form of Jr. NTR-fronted Devara - Part 1 which was easily the number 1 at the Hindi box office. Despite that, the Rahi Anil Barve's directorial has done well to score around 2.60 crores net collection in the third weekend. ## On its third Friday, the movie minted approximately 55 lakh before jumping on Saturday for around 1 crore net. Tumbbad is having a good Sunday with approximately 1.10 crore net collection, pushing the total re-release cume of the movie to around 27+ crore net (32+ crore gross) in 17 days. ## Including the film's original collection of 16 crores gross (13.50 crores net), Tumbbad's worldwide gross total stands at 48+ crores gross (40.50+ crores net). It will enter the 50 crore gross club this week which will be a huge achievement for the film which was a flop when it was first released in 2018. ## Day-wise collection of Tumbbad (re-release) is as follows -## 1st week - 13.15 crores net approx.## 2nd week - 11.40 crores net approx.## 3rd Friday - 55 lakh net approx.## 3rd Saturday - 95 lakh net approx.## 3rd Sunday - 1.10 crore net approx.## Stay tuned...
