Salman Khan Acquires Hindi Remake Rights of Ravi Teja Starrer Telugu Movie Khiladi?

Mumbai, June 11, 2021: Telugu star Ravi Teja's action thriller movie, Khiladi is yet to hit the theater screens, but it seems the movie has already caught the attention of Bollywood. According to the latest development in Bollywood, superstar Salman Khan has reportadly bought the Hindi remake rights of Khiladi. ## It is reported that Salman enjoyed that the recently released trailer of Khiladi, and he looked interested to make its Hindi version. He has reportadly approached director Ramesh Varma, who has helmed the Telugu version, to direct the film's Hindi version as well. However, there's no official word either from Salman Khan or the makers of Khiladi yet on the Hindi remake. ## Produced by Satyanarayana Koneru, Khiladi stars Ravi Teja in a dual role along with Arjun Sarja, Unni Mukundan, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Dimple Hayathi in prominant roles. Sujit Vaasudev and GK Vishnu are the cinematographers of Khiladi. The Telugu movie was supposed to release on May 28 but the covid-19 pandemic forced the makers to postpone it. The new date is yet to be announced. ## Interestingly, Salman Khan is also reportadly in talks to star in the Hindi remake of 2021 Tamil blockbuster, Master starring Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi. The "Broken But Beautiful 3" star, Sidharth Shukla, has once again topped the list for the second time in a row. The actor continues to win hearts with his charisma, cool personality and, of course, his acting skills. ## The winner of Times Most Desirable Man on TV was decided according to the popularity on the small screen, votes cast in an online poll, and an internal jury. The Bigg Boss 13 winner topped the list among the 20 most desirable men on TV. Parth Samthaan and Aly Goni followed Sidharth at number 2 and 3 respectively. ## In an interview with TOI, Sidharth opened up on his second consecutive win and said, "I like it! Mumbai, June 10, 2021: The All-India Senior Selection Committee picked the Indian squad for the 3-match ODI series and the 3-match T20I series against Sri Lanka scheduled in the month of July. All matches will be played at the R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium, Colombo.## With regular players are in England for the WTC Final and 5-match test series against England, Shikhar Dhawan has been named the captain of both the ODI and T20I series for the Sri Lanka tour. Dhawan remains the only senior player apart from Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hardik Pandya, who is not a part of the test squad currently. ## Meanwhile, the absence of regulars means, Devdutt Padikkal making the cut in the limited-overs series for the first time. The captain and vice-captain of India's T20I team, Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti Mandhana will headline India's participation along with Jemimah Rodrigues, Shafali Verma, and Deepti Sharma. ## Harmanpreet will be part of the Manchester Originals while Mandhana has been signed up by Southern Brave. Mumbai, June 10, 2021: Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn is gearing up for his digital debut. The actor announced his much-awaited OTT debut with the Disney Plus Hotstar series, Rudra: The Edge Of Darkness, in April. The crime drama thriller is said to the official Hindi adaptation of the British TV series, Luther which starred Idris Elba in the lead roles. ## Now, we have learnt that South Indian actress, Raashii Khanna has been roped in to play a key role. While Ajay Devgn will be stepping in the shoes of Edris Elba as a detective investigating serious crimes while simultaneously facing his own demons, Raashii will reprise the role of Ruth Wilson, who is a psychopath and murderer. Interestingly, Rudra marks Khanna's second back-to-back Hindi show after Raj-DK's in-the-production Amazon Prime series that stars Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead. ## According to Peepingmoon, Ferrari Ki Sawaari and Ventilator director Rajesh Mapuskar comes on board to helm the series, which will reportadly go on floors on July 21 in Mumbai. The gripping and dark cop drama will be shot over the next two months in numerous renowned sites around Mumbai. Sameer Nair of Applause Entertainment has produced the series in association with BBC Studios India. ## Reportadly, Rudra — The Edge of Darkness has been planned for multiple seasons with the first being made for 8-10 episodes. It is said to be Disney Plus Hotstar's biggest Indian show ever which follows the cases of a troubled yet intelligent officer who is trapped between an unrelenting approach to investigating many murders and his attempts to restore his marriage, with a bold and genre-defining story and fascinating characters. ## Ajay will start Rudra after completing his parts in MayDay (also directing), and Indra Kumar's comedy, Thank God which also stars Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh. Delhi High Court Rejects Sushant Singh Rajput's Father's Plea To Stay Release Of Nyaay: The Justice

Delhi, June 10, 2021: The Delhi High Court on Thursday refused to stay the release of the film "Nyaay: The Justice", which is said to be based on the life of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The Delhi HC, chaired by Justice Sanjeev Narula dismissed the plea filed by Sushant's father, KK Singh seeking a ban on the film. ## According to News18, some of the upcoming or proposed movie projects mentioned in the plea include "Nyay: The Justice", "Suicide or Murder: A star was lost", "Shashank", among other unnamed crowd-funded films. The High Court told in its order that "Nyay: The Justice" does not depict Sushant's caricature, name, or likeness as it is not a biopic on him. ## The submission was made by the producers and director of the film, which is scheduled to be released in June. After hearing arguments of both sides, Justice Sanjeev Narula reserved judgment in the matter and asked the producers and director of the film not to release the movie till the court pronounces its verdict.## In the plea filed by KK Singh, he said that the filmmakers are taking advantage of the situation for commercial gains and therefore, the right to freedom of speech and expression would not apply to them. He also sought damages of over Rs 2 crores from the filmmakers for loss of reputation, mental trauma, and harassment to the SSR family. ## Nyay: The Justice is directed by Dilip Gulati and produced by Sarla A. Saraogi and Rahul Sharma. It stars Zuber K. Khan and Shreya Shukla in the lead roles while Asrani and Shakti Kapoor play the supporting roles. ## Stay tuned...

Mumbai, June 9, 2021: Tiger Shroff starrer Heropanti 2 was one of the first films to begin shooting after the lockdown was lifted last year. However, the second wave of the covid-19 pandemic again forced the production to be paused as most of the states went into lockdown including Maharasthra. ## Now, as the Covid lockdown is seeing some relaxation, most of the films are ready to resume production. Heropanti 2, which also stars Tara Sutaria, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, will head to Russia in July to shoot the next schedule of this action entertainer. ## The cast will start shooting in Moscow followed by St. Petersburg in Russia next month. Apart from filming some major action sequences, the team will also shoot a song in Russia.## "The team is planning to shoot major action sequences and a song in Moscow and St Petersburg. The team has been scouting the perfect locations along with the local team there", a source close to the development revealed to ANI. ## "We are also in talks with multiple stunt designers to get the larger-than-life action sequences and one of them is Martin Ivano who is known for his work in Skyfall (2012), The Bourne Ultimatum (2007), and The Bourne Supremacy (2004). Sajid Sir is making sure that all the crew members are vaccinated before the teams fly to Russia", the source added. ## The source also informed that producer Sajid Nadiadwala of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment is making sure that all the cast and crew of Heropanti 2 are vaccinated before they leave for their schedule in Russia. ## Heropanti 2, which is a sequel to 2014's Heropanti, is being directed by Ahmed Khan. Tiger had made his Bollywood debut with Heropanti which was directed by Sabbir Khan.
