Mumbai, November 4 - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his 57th birthday on November 2. On the occasion of his birthday, Yash Raj Films released the action-packed teaser of his upcoming movie "Pathaan" and also released his iconic blockbuster Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge on limited screens. ## "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" is one of the most celebrated films in Indian cinema history and despite the fact that it was first released nearly 27 years ago in 1995, the film is still being played in Mumbai's iconic cinema, Maratha Mandir and has an immense recall value on television. ## Despite all the aforementioned factors, the film was re-released (limited) on November 2 with packed theaters and grossed approx. 30 lakh. This is a huge collection for a more than 25-year-old film at a time when some of the new releases are failing to take the opening of 15 lakh. It scored approx. 23K footfalls.## The response to the re-release of DDLJ shows the craze for the superstar who was last seen in 2018 in Anand L Rai's "Zero". Hyderabad, November 4 - The most successful Indian filmmakers in the post-pandemic era, directors Sukumar and Vivek Agnihotri, and producer Abhishek Aggarwal are collaborating for something very exciting and a big Pan India film. ## Sukumar has been the talk of the town ever since the blockbuster success of Pushpa - The Rise while Vivek Agnihotri and Abhishek Aggarwal scripted history with The Kashmir Files before the latter scored another blockbuster film in the form of Karthikeya 2. ## The trio is now coming together and joining hands for a Pan India film which is said to be going to change the course of Indian cinema. Discovery under the new CEO David Zaslav seems to be in action mode and is looking to find ways to revive its most loved film franchises, and one of them is Harry Potter film series. ## David Zaslav said during an investor's call Thursday that the company is going to focus more on the franchise and he is keen to exploit the possibility of reviving the "Harry Potter" franchise if something can be worked out with author J.K. Rowling along with "Superman" movie which is already in development with Henry Cavill returning to play this iconic DC role. ## "We haven't had a Superman movie in 13 years. We haven't done a Harry Potter in 15 years. The DC movies and the Harry Potter movies provided a lot of the profits for Warner Bros. ... over the past 25 years", Zaslav said according to The Hollywood Reporter.## He went on to note Warner Bros. still has the theatrical rights to "Lord of the Rings", and went back around to the idea of more Harry Potter, noting he'd like to see more. "If we can do something with J.K. on Harry Potter going forward", he added.## Warner Bros. has released 8 Harry Potter films from 2001-2011 and those movies grossed over $7.7 billion at the global box office, making it one of the highest-grossing film franchises. Mumbai, November 3 - The festival of light, Diwali is the biggest occasion for the Hindi film industry and it has always brought joy to the fraternity at the box office. This year, Bollywood has two big films in the form of Ram Setu, and Thank God and both were big enough to bring huge smiles to the faces of the film fraternity. ## Despite the hopes, the Bollywood industry was concerned with the way how things went throughout the year, especially on Holi and Eid festivals and their fear came alive with the underwhelming response to both "Ram Setu" and "Thank God". Despite the mixed to positive talks, both films didn't meet the high expectation. ## "Ram Setu", which stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role, was a perfect outing for Diwali 2022 because of its action-adventure genre revolving around Ram Setu, and so was Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra's "Thank God". It features SRK as Pathaan in high-octane action sequences with John Abraham who plays the antagonist.
